- Space II v2.3 Beta
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-
-
-
- This is a small utility, that has a auto spinn-of program and place itself
- in the background. It can easilly be called by a keypress. In this version
- it have apr. 50 functions, but more are under development.
-
- The main function is as an screenblanker and screen shuffler/selector(This
- are the some of the functions that I use most). Another nice function is
- the path/filename transmiter. This is an ideal function for the lazy, with
- it you don't have to type in paths and filename, but just click in a nice
- filerequester and find the file, and then send the path and filename to the
- place you want, to the CLI for example.
-
- So instead of typing in this...
-
- CODING:LATTICE/Compiler_Headers/intuition/intuitionbase.h
-
- you can click on the mouse a couple of times and get the same result.
-
- I also use the program for simple file deleting and copying.
-
-
-
- Here is a list of some of the functions...
-
- - 4 different screen blankers.
- - Mouse blanker.
- - File copyier.
- - File mover.
- - File deleting.
- - Renaming of files.
- - File protection.
- - Text reader (Soon to be an editor)
- - Text rescue.
- - Screen selector (with and without activation).
- - window selector.
- - Virus checker (Checks some vectors).
- - Boot-Block display (Hex dump).
- - Un/Installer of Boot-Blocks.
- - Calculator woth desimal, oktal, hex, binear (floating point)
- and transmition of result to your program.
- - Copying of disks.
- - Formating of disks.
- - Device information.
- - Memory information.
- - Color palette.
- - Sound filter toggel.
- - 50/60Hz toggel.
- - Keyboard click.
- - Alarm.
- - Keyboard makros.
- - Saving of screens to IFF-files.
- - Screen dump to printer.
- - IFF viewer.
- - Sample player.
- - Hexdump of files.
- - NewCLI/NewShell.
- - List directories to printer or other devicer.
- - Set printer from screen.
- - Program executer.
- - Path og filename transmiter.
-
- Most of the functions can be used from almost every other programs, you
- don't have to jump over to another screen to use them. You only press a
- couple of keys and don't have to shuffle tru a heap of screens to find
- a place to start a function.
-
- I hope other Amiga users can find something useful in this program.
